Each individual may hold only one asia95 account. Multiple accounts — including duplicate registrations across household members sharing payment methods — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds under the anti-fraud provisions of these Terms.
All promotional bonuses, free bets, and cashback rewards are subject to wagering requirements and specific bonus terms issued at the time of the offer. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are fully met.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. asia95 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to secure your username and password. Enable 2FA to strengthen your account protection.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be referred to the relevant regulatory body for adjudication.

By accessing, registering on, or using the asia95 platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), together with the asia95 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and asia95 ("asia95", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account and placing your first wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement. The Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age restriction applies regardless of the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction of residence if that age is lower than 21. asia95 enforces a strict 21+ policy in compliance with international gaming authority requirements.
2.2 Identity Verification. All players are required to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before withdrawals are processed. Verification documents may include a government-issued photo identification card (NRIC, MyKad, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. asia95 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
2.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — including accounts registered in another person's name or using different contact details but linked by shared payment methods, IP addresses, or device identifiers — will be treated as duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be suspended, and all balances and pending bonuses will be forfeited.
2.4 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration, and any information subsequently updated in your account profile, is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information at registration constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
2.5 Eligible Jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. asia95 makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate in all locations. Players accessing the Platform from prohibited jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are in breach of these Terms.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. asia95 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify asia95 customer support immediately. asia95 will investigate the report and may suspend the account pending investigation. You must cooperate fully with any such investigation.
3.3 Account Currency. All accounts on the asia95 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in MYR. asia95 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly; any conversion is the player's responsibility and may incur fees from your payment provider.
3.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. asia95 will contact you at your registered email address prior to applying any dormancy administration fee. Any applicable fee schedule will be published on the Platform and updated in advance of any change.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. asia95 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost Wallet, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, and other payment providers as may be listed on the Platform from time to time.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are specified on the Platform's banking page. asia95 reserves the right to adjust minimum transaction limits with reasonable notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposit and verified as belonging to the account holder. asia95 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification and may be subject to additional review if the account has recently changed banking details.
4.4 Processing Times. Processing times are estimates only and may vary based on payment provider processing, additional verification requirements, or circumstances outside asia95's control. Typical eWallet withdrawals complete within 30–60 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.
Note: asia95 does not charge a fee for standard deposits and withdrawals. Third-party fees charged by your bank or eWallet provider are outside asia95's control and will be borne by the player.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. asia95 is obligated to comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. asia95 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any transaction it deems necessary to review. Failure to provide requested AML documentation may result in account suspension and withdrawal hold pending completion of the review.
5.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the asia95 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules will prevail for matters relating to that game only.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet or wager is not accepted until it has been confirmed by the asia95 system and a bet reference number has been assigned. Bets placed in error prior to system confirmation will not be honoured. asia95 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its discretion.
5.3 System Errors. In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or software fault during a game session or live dealer table, the affected round will be voided and all stakes returned to the player's account. Winnings paid as a result of a clear system error are not valid and will be reclaimed by asia95. asia95 will notify affected players of such reclamations.
5.4 Live Dealer Games. Live casino games at asia95 are conducted by human dealers in a physical studio environment. All outcomes are determined by the physical dealing of cards, spinning of wheels, or rolling of dice. asia95's live studio partners use multi-camera systems, and game results are logged and can be reviewed for dispute resolution purposes.
5.5 RNG Games. Random Number Generator (RNG) games at asia95 use certified RNG software that produces statistically random outcomes. All RNG games are independently tested and certified by an accredited third-party testing laboratory. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional rewards offered by asia95 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time each offer is issued. These specific terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and validity period for each bonus are stated in the bonus-specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
6.3 Bonus Eligibility. asia95 reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotional offer. Players found to be circumventing bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or any other means — will be disqualified from the promotion, have any associated bonus funds removed, and may have their account suspended.
6.4 Bonus Expiry. Unless otherwise specified, promotional bonuses expire if not claimed within the validity period stated in the promotion, and wagering requirements not completed within the validity window will result in forfeiture of remaining bonus funds and any associated winnings.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of asia95.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, asia95 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of profits, or loss of data.
9.2 asia95's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 asia95 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In the event of Platform unavailability that affects in-progress wagers, asia95's liability is limited to returning the affected wager stakes.

We provide players with tools to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. 11.1 asia95 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
11.2 You may close your account at any time by contacting asia95 customer support. Prior to account closure, all pending wagering requirements must be assessed and any outstanding withdrawal requests settled in accordance with these Terms.
11.3 Upon termination for breach of these Terms, asia95 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all account balances, including deposited funds, where such balances are reasonably connected to the breach (for example, in cases of multi-accounting, fraud, or money laundering).
asia95 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes — defined as changes that materially alter your rights or obligations under these Terms — will be communicated to your registered email address no fewer than seven (7) days before the change takes effect.
Non-material changes (including corrections of typographical errors, clarification of existing provisions, or updates to payment method lists) may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
